How to Use Your REP Flex Pass

Thank you for supporting Sonoran Repertory Theatre by purchasing a REP Flex Pass! Your pass includes three admissions to eligible performances during our inaugural season.

Your First Reservation

The first time you use your REP Flex Pass, please follow these steps:

1. Visit our ticketing page

Make sure you have received the confirmation email and activated your code.

 

Select the performance you would like to attend.

The only trick to using your REP Flex Pass is this: The first time you reserve seats, enter your Membership Code before selecting your seats. After that, Ticket Tailor remembers your membership and keeps track of your remaining admissions automatically.

2. Enter your Membership Code BEFORE selecting seats

At the top of the ticketing page, you will see a box labeled:

"Use Membership Code." (See Photo right)

Enter your Membership Code and click Apply.

Important: Your Membership Code is not a discount code. It must be entered before you select your seats.

Good news! You only need to do this the first time you use your REP Flex Pass. After your membership has been recognized, Ticket Tailor will remember you and automatically keep track of your remaining admissions for future reservations.

3. Choose your seats

Select the seats you would like to reserve.

4. Select the correct ticket type

For each seat you select, you will see two ticket options.

Choose:

✔ REP Flex Pass Ticket – $0.00

Do not choose the regular paid ticket.

 

5. Complete your reservation

Finish the checkout process as usual.

You'll receive a ticket with its own barcode for that specific performance.

Future Reservations

When you're ready to attend another performance, simply visit our ticketing page and reserve your seats again.

Ticket Tailor will remember your membership and automatically track your remaining Flex Pass admissions.

A Few Things to Remember

  • Your REP Flex Pass includes 3 admissions.
  • Admissions may be used for any eligible performance during our inaugural season.
  • You may use all three admissions for one production or spread them across multiple productions.
  • Valid for Premium, Center, and Side seating.
  • Balcony seating and Pay What You Will performances are not included.
