Who We Are

Founded in Phoenix, Arizona, Sonoran Repertory Theatre brings timeless stories to life with bold new interpretations that speak to our modern world. We are committed to accessibility, diversity, and artistic excellence, offering performances that entertain, challenge, and unite our community.

What We Do

Our work centers on the annual Arizona Classical Theatre Festival, where audiences experience three fully staged productions each summer. Beyond the Festival, we reach schools and communities across Arizona with touring shows, workshops, and educational programming that bring Shakespeare and other classics to new generations.

With Pay What You Can nights, discounted festival passes, and special outreach to schools and veterans, Sonoran Rep is committed to ensuring that cost is never a barrier to great art.
