Using Your REP FLEX PASS Is Easy

Think of your REP FLEX PASS as a prepaid ticket account.

After purchasing your pass, you'll receive a confirmation email containing a special link to manage your pass.

Whenever you're ready to attend a performance:

  • Open that email and click the pass link.
  • Select the performance you wish to attend.
  • Choose your seats.
  • Complete the booking.

Your admission will automatically be deducted from your pass balance, and your tickets will be emailed to you.

Remember: The pass gives you admissions, but seats are not reserved until you redeem the pass for a specific performance.
