REDEEMING YOUR REP FLEX PASS

Your REP FLEX PASS includes three admissions to any of our three productions during the 2026–2027 season. You may use all three admissions for one production or mix and match throughout the season. Premium seating is included, subject to availability.

To redeem your Flex Pass online:

1. Go to the Tickets page and select the production and performance you wish to attend.
2. Before selecting your seat, look for the small link above the seating chart that says “Enter membership ID.”
3. Enter the Membership Code you received in your REP FLEX PASS confirmation email.
4. Once your Membership Code has been entered, select the seat you would like.
5. When the ticket options appear, choose the $0 REP FLEX PASS ticket rather than the regular-price ticket.
6. Complete your reservation. Your ticket will be emailed to you and one admission will be deducted from your three-admission Flex Pass balance.

IMPORTANT: Enter your Membership Code before choosing your seat. If you select a seat first, Ticket Tailor may display the regular-price ticket and you could accidentally purchase another ticket instead of redeeming your Flex Pass.
